In the beginning, love is easy; waking up in the morning to enjoy life and each other seems so natural.  However, couples may worry about the glow fading; it isn't as easy as it once was - love in the second stage of marriage now requires consciousness, communication tools, and on-going decisions that will determine whether a relationship grows stronger or grows apart.

Start Right - Stay Connected is a five hour

relationship education seminar for couples

preparing to be married or who are newly married.

The average marriage in the United States currently lasts around 7.5 years.  In this era of frequent divorce, many engaged couples struggle with the challenge of building a relationship that can withstand the test of time.  Couples often ask, "How can we make our marriage last...what can we do so that we don't end up in divorce court?"

The Imago Start Right - Stay Connected program is founded on the most recent research as well as the clinical experience of hundreds of marriage counselors from around the world.  It gives couples the solid foundation they are seeking to begin married life together and to build a strong spiritual foundation.

Through the Start Right - Stay Connected program, couples learn:

· Effective communication skills

· Tools for dealing with relationship hot buttons

· Effective conflict resolution

· To remove negativity from the relationship

·  How to keep the romance alive

·  Affair-proofing the relationship

·  Establishing and maintaining a spiritual connection

·  How to unlock marriage’s deeper purpose as a vehicle for healing and growth

The more conscious and intentional people are at the beginning of a relationship, the more likely they are to create the relationship of their dreams.  True and enduring love is possible.

This five hour educational seminar is based on Imago Relationship Therapy and the work of Harville Hendrix, Ph.D., and Helen LaKelly Hunt, Ph.D., and their book Getting the Love You Want.

This is training we all need.  You cannot afford not to take this class if you want to create a loving relationship.  Comment by a Seminar Participant, April 2010

This is the best investment we could make to insure a positive marital future.  Comment by a Seminar Participant, April 2010

I want to express my thanks for a really useful workshop on Saturday morning. Each of you did a fine job of presenting material and then working with us as a group, fielding our questions, and giving us one-on-one attention. My fiancee and I are putting some piece of it into play several times a day.  I do want to say that I noticed in retrospect that you used the Imago approach even in your presentation.... Thank you for the gift you've all given to me and my beloved, and the people we will be in relationship with. Comment by a Seminar Participant, July 2010
